I like to call this section my “love us” section. 

Obviously, we should never post a negative comment on our reference page but in case you are wondering, we have never received a negative comment.  We have however, received no comment from a party. 

Since one of our motto’s is that we exceed your expectations, I have to consider a “non comment” as a negative comment.  These “non comments” are what drive us to make each party better and better. 

Please do not get me wrong, I love all the positive remarks that we receive.  But, focusing on the positive leaves little room for improvement.

Your team made my Mother’s Birthday Party we will never forget.  We had a glitch from every other company we used from the Caterer’s misspelling my Mother’s name on the place cards, to the DJ’s microphone shorting out, and the decorations not arriving on time.  Your event made us forget everything else and allowed us to have a great time.  We will be using you again and will tell all of our friends.  Thank-you for being perfect.

The event was a huge success, thanks to A Casino Event.  Your staff was personable, professional and highly entertaining.  They arrived promptly before the guests arrived and were very considerate about making a quiet departure. We were celebrating my Mom's 80th Birthday so we wanted to make it memorable for her as well as her guests.  All of the dealers were fantastic and it we especially appreciated the time they took to educate the guests, especially the children! 
 
Special thanks to Lynne.  She has a warm and gracious personality and made sure that everything went off without a hitch.  She did a great job with the funny money which was a hit!

We could not have asked for a better partner and for better people to work with.  Have no doubt that we will work together again and that we will refer you anytime we can.  I did notice the dealers hanging around and that was pretty neat to see.  We heard nothing but positive feedback.  We will be sending out surveys to all participants and I will let you know what they have to say. 

As an FYI, we were able to raise about $xx,xxx+ for the charity, not too shabby for a bunch of guys who had no idea what they were doing.  Thanks again for everything, it was truly a pleasure to work with you and your team.

Thank-you for getting this to me so quickly.  I cannot believe how smoothly this event went.  You deserve all the credit.  Your team was incredible and moved this tournament along beautifully.  We have received nothing but positive feedback from the tournament. 

Just to let you know, one of our committee members is very close friends with another casino event company.  He offered to hold this tournament for us $1000.00 less than what you charged.  Having seen you in action at the ****** fundraiser, You were more than worth the extra money.  We had so much going on that weekend that I could not afford to spend much time on the poker tournament. 

With your company running the entire operation, I knew it would be a success with little help from us.  Thank-you again and you will be our company next year.
